  • FURNITURE Cowork Collective features a variety of furniture throughout. All offices are equipped with a premium motorized sit/stand desk and ergonomic office chair. For some, that's all they need. You're also welcome to bring in additional or alternate furniture. We have some filing cabinets and small tables that you are welcome to use, if they are not already taken.

    WIRELESS INTERNET Every membership includes access to super fast WiFi. Private IP addresses and dedicated internet services (e.g. VOIP, VPN, etc) are also available.

    CONFERENCE ROOM TIME Members with dedicated space enjoy an adequate number of conference room credits that correlate with your office space. To reserve the conference room, just let our friendly staff know and they will ensure if is available and reserve the time for you.

    MEMBER DIRECTORY Connect with fellow Cowork Collective members in Ask questions, share stories, announce product/service launches, promote your job listings or simply find someone to grab a drink with. It’s a great way to start meaningful relationships with creative entrepreneurs and business leaders.

    PRINT/COPY/SCAN Each member has access to a multifunction printer/copier/scanner. Your membership comes with 100 B/W and 20 color prints/copies/scans each month. Additional copies are always available for a small fee.

    UTILITIES/MAINTENANCE With your membership, you don’t have to worry about paying utilities or maintenance!

    COFFEE Coffee is fuel for connection, creativity and collaboration. Our staff brews fresh coffee daily which is provided during open business hours. We also have a Keurig in the kitchen that you are welcome to use, we keep K-cups and creamer fully stocked.

    EXCITING EVENTS Cowork Collective is a community of leaders and innovative entrepreneurs. Meet and connect with like-minded people and established companies at weekly and monthly events.

  • Yes! Our flexible terms typically range from month-to-month to one-year terms. This commitment provides members with the stability of an office space along with the flexibility you need to grow your business. For some this means adding additional space, and for others it means graduating to a space of their own.

  • Tours are scheduled in advance. This will ensure our availability and helps our team focus on finding the right membership and space for your wants and needs. Email us at hello@coworkcollective.com OR fill out our form, and someone will contact you as soon as possible to set up a tour.

  • No, agreements can begin any day of the month.

  • Cowork Collective requires an onboarding fee equal to one month’s target rate for a private desk membership or above. This fee is completely refundable, pending there are no cleaning or repairs needed upon move out!

  • Every office space is uniquely designed and differs per location and we do not price per square foot. We measure in terms of desk space while also taking into account the amount of extra space included in membership that is not included in the private office's square footage. Within a membership, you have access to our common areas, meeting rooms, enclaves, common kitchens, fitness, gaming, etc. Schedule a tour to check it out for yourself!

  • An Open Desk membership is an unassigned workspace in a commons area. Personal items must be taken home at the end of the day.

    A Private Desk is a desk dedicated to a specific individual within a secure, private area with other members. A desktop and other personal belongings can be set up and left overnight.

    A Private Office is a fully enclosed, lockable space built for one dedicated member. We offer Tenant Improvements to private offices, allowing you to install branding and customize a space with your needs in mind.

  • Full time members (Dedicated and Private space members) have 24/7 access. Open Desk Members have access XX-XX 7 days a week. Cowork Collective is staffed Tuesday through Thursday from 8:00a to 1:30p.

  • Absolutely, we love new faces at Cowork Collective! Just make sure to check in with our staff to let them know you will be having a guest so they can get them signed in.

    Under the guest policy for members, guests are welcome to work alongside members for up to two hours in the space intermittently. Should the guest be hoping to work for more than two hours a day and/or multiple times a week we would simply ask for a day pass to be purchased at the rate of $20/day. Day passes give guests access to our commons space and wifi for our standard business hours of 8:00a-1:30p Tuesday through Thursday.

  • The preferred payment method is by ACH (Auto Withdrawal). We also offer the option to pay via Credit Card however a 3% automatic service fee is incurred with payment processing.

  • Members are required to give at least a 30-day notice to move out or transfer offices. Move out forms must be submitted by the last business day of the month prior to vacating. For example, if a member wants to move out on August 31st, they must give notice on July 31st.

    Term notice requirements differ with office sizes/memberships.
