Elsa started as a sales agent in 2015. Without the support of her family, she wouldn’t have been able to fulfill her dream of opening her own brokerage.

Broker/Owner Elsa Porras has been a Missouri Licensed Realtor and a top sales agent in the southwest Missouri region for nearly eight years now. Not only that, Elsa is the first Latino broker/owner in Monett's history! Elsa a proud supporter and partner of our Chamber of Commerce as she also serves on our Chamber's Board of Directors and serves as the chair-person of our Talent Attraction Taskforce. Additionally, Elsa was also most recently elected to serve as the Board President for the Southwest Missouri Board of Realtors. As for the name of her real estate company, Elsa was inspired by the Spanish quote, "Mi casa es tu casa," which translates to: "My home is your home."
